Prices in this catalog supersede and cancel prices on all previous lists.

Orders

Orders will be filled as they are received, subject to prior sale. We will confirm receipt of your order, and shipment will be made within two weeks of receipt weather permitting. We reserve the right to delay shipment if we feel extreme cold or extreme heat may endanger your plants.

Substitutions

Since we do not merely import and reship, we carry a finite inventory of all plants. We will make our best effort to keep our website catalogue updated on the availability of all plants. We do not guarantee that we can supply a plant in bloom or in spike. We strive to supply the highest quality plants available. If for some reason the specific plant which you ordered is not available we will contact you with a specific substitution.

Minimum order by mail within the USA is US $25.00. We do not accept orders outside of the continental United States. For your convenience we can accept credit cards through our secure online billing service. Personal checks and money orders are also accepted. We reserve the right to clear your check before shipment. Placing an order constitutes an agreement to the terms of sale & conditions.

Shipment

Plants can only be shipped via UPS 2nd or 3rd day delivery or USPS Priority mail depending upon the weather conditions. There is a minimum of $10 shipping and $5 packing & handling on all orders. On large orders, if shipping exceeds $10 you will be billed the actual shipping cost. All UPS orders are insured by us. If there is a claim we need to process it within seven days of the shipment.

Warranty

We strive to supply the best quality plants, and we take the greatest possible care in packing your order. Our plants are grown under conditions to minimize any possibility of insect infestation or plant disease or virus. We inspect each plant that we ship to ensure it leaves the nursery in good condition. Because plants are living material we cannot ensure that they are not carrying pests or disease. Plants are perishable. We do not offer an expressed or implied warranty on the plant. Our liability will be limited to the replacement of the plant that was originally supplied by us. Any claim should be made within seven days of receipt of the order. Please inspect all plants immediately upon arrival, report damaged shipments immediately to the carrier and file a claim. Retain all boxes and packaging for the inspector to examine and advise us of your action. We attempt to identify and label plants properly but cannot guarantee correct identification. No warranty, express or implied, is given as to the productiveness of the plants offered herein. In any case, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the plants involved.

Returns

Plants can be returned 3 days after delivery for a credit or replacement. Customers to return goods in the original box the same way it was delivered at his/her own expense for shipping.
